Khadija Shamte is an information and communication
systems consultant with a wide experience in designing
and implementing information systems in East and Central
Africa, and in Sierra Leone in West Africa.
She was a Senior Consultant with Deloitte and Touche
(1988-1991), a Group Information Systems Manager for the
Trade Bank group of companies, including Diners Club
International (1991-1993).
She holds a BSc degree (Honours) Physical Sciences &
Computer Science from the Oxford Brookes University in
England. She is a Chartered Information Systems Practitioner,
British Computer Society and a Kenya Computer Society
professional member.
She is currently managing Validate Kenya.

Sally Mukwana is a Human Resources/Business Management
Consultant with extensive experience in industry
and consultancy services in both local and international
business environments. She has experience in all areas
of Human Resources consultancy services in almost all
East, Central, South and West African countries.
The thrust of her work is to help organisations
improve performance and efficiency through
quality people and systems.
She was the Regional Human Resources Director,
Sterling Health (1992-94), Human Resources Manager,
Colgate Palmolive East Africa (1988-92) And HR
Consultant, Deloitte and Touche, (1984-88)
She holds a BA degree in Accounting and is a
professional member of the Institute of
Personnel Management, UK and the Kenya Institute
of Personnel Management.
