Standard Services
A fully fledged HR service to member companies including:
- Recruitment
- Performance management (systems development and implementation)
- Training needs assessment and training planning
- Career development guidance
- Policies and procedures development
- Industrial relations advice, including discipline handling, handling termination, etc.
- Job descriptions
- Advice on regulatory matters relating to HR
- Designing standard HR instruments including employment contracts, termination letters, warning letters, etc
Other services that are available to you
- Senior management payroll/Executive payroll i.e. Managers and Directors (circa 20 people) including:
- All statutory reports
- End of year compliance, returns, etc
- Subsidised consultancy services
As a member of the shared services group, you will be entitled to discounted services that are offered by our firm but which are not covered under the shared service agreement. Shared service members will enjoy a 25% off our charge rates. The services that are offered within this portfolio include but are no limited to:
- Organisation review/restructuring work would be available on a consultancy basis
- Job description development, job evaluation and grading
- Salary surveys

Membership terms
- Contract signed for a minimum of six months
- Monthly levy of Kshs 75,000, payable monthly in advance
- Payroll processing charges will be Kshs 25,000 per month. This is an additional service that is charged separately.
